Britt Bakes: Chocolate Pudding Kahlúa Bundt cake

Twin Cities Live Producer Britt explained how to make a Chocolate Pudding Kahlua Bundt Cake for National Bundt Cake Day.

Cake:

1 (18.25 Ounce) package yellow cake mix (without pudding)

½ cup sugar

1 (6 ounce) package of instant chocolate pudding

1 cup vegetable oil

4 eggs

¼ cup vodka

¼ cup Kahlua

¾ cup water

Glaze:

½ cup powdered sugar

¼ cup Kahlua

Instructions:

Grease and lightly flour a 12-cup Bundt pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixer bowl combine cake mix, sugar, pudding mix, oil, eggs, vodka, Kahlua and water. Mix altogether. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for approximately 50-55 minutes.

Prepare glaze by combining powdered sugar and Kahlua blend until smooth. Let cake cool in pan 10 minutes, invert onto wire rack or plate. Poke holes in cake with fork; slowly pour glaze over.

Cool completely, sprinkle with additional powdered sugar.
