SUPER SOUR CREAM BROCCOLI SALAD
Sour Cream Dressing
1/2 cup Old Home sour cream
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2-3 tablespoons milk or half & half
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Dash of curry powder
Salad
1-2 bags of broccoli
5-6 slices of bacon cooked and chopped
2-3 chopped scallions
1/2 cup dried cherry infused cranberries
Pumpkin seeds for crunch
Whisk together dressing
Blanch broccoli (cook in boiling water for 1 minute or microwave in steam bag for 1 minutes)
Toss broccoli, bacon, scallions, cranberries and pumpkin seeds and dressing
For best results refrigerate for 1 – 2 hours before serving
PRETTY AMPED UP FRUIT SALAD
Greek Yogurt Dressing
1/2 cup Old Home Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Couple shakes cinnamon
Couple shakes of nutmeg
1 can mandarin oranges
1 cup pomegranate seeds
4 Honey Crisp apples, diced
3 Granny Smith apples, diced
4 kiwi, quartered
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
