Oven Baked Pork Chops

Pork farmer Erin Krug shows us how easy it is to prepare pork chops in the oven as Pork Week presented by the Minnesota Pork Board continues.

1-inch thick boneless Pork Chops

Coat with Run Mix:

1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
1.5 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic pepper (plain pepper will work too)
1 teaspoon seasoning salt (plain salt will work too)
.5 teaspoon paprika

 

Bake at 375 degrees for about 18 minutes or until 145 degrees Fahrenheit – the crucial key to pork chop success is not let them bake for over 145 degrees F.
