It’s Pork Week presented by the Minnesota Pork Board! Executive chef at Grand Casino Mille Lacs shares his recipe for Bone-In Prime Rib of Pork.
8 lb Pork Crown Roast
1 T Leaf Dried Rosemary
1 T Black Pepper
3 T All Purpose Seasoning
- Make sure pork is completely thawed.
- Rub the seasoning on to all sides of the pork and place onto the sheet pan.
- Place seasoned pork racks into a preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes until internal temperature of 145 degrees is reached. Check the pork at 1 hour to judge remaining cook time.
- When finished, allow pork to rest at room temperature for 15-30 minutes before slicing.
