Monday Night Meal: Rob’s Chili Biscuit Bowls

Every week, cooks and chefs will stop by with quick and simple dinner ideas to help you get you week started off strong. Host of Cooking for Dads Rob Barrett shared how to make chili biscuit bowls.

1 package Pillsbury Grands
1 can Hormel Chili no beans
1 tomato sliced
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
non-stick cooking spray

How to make it:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Spray inside of muffin pan cups with non-stick spray.
Split Grands in half and roll out as thinly as possible
Place Grands in muffin cups
Put one tomato slice on top of rolled out Grand
Put one large scoop Chili in muffin cups, don’t over fill.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top of Meat.
Cook for 15 minutes or until muffins are nicely browned.
Loosen sides, remove from pan and serve.
