Pantry Oatmeal Dough Bites

2 cups packed large flaked unsweetened coconut
1 1/2 cups old fashion oats
1/4 cup dried currants or raisins
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup of almond butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup hemp seed 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shreds

How to make it:
Blend the coconut and oats into a fine powder
Add currents and chocolate chips
Blend again to roughly chop
Pour in coconut mixture into a large bowl
Add all the reaming dough bit ingredients
Stir into evenly combined
Place in freezer for 10 minutes
Use a 2 teaspoon sized spring-release scoop to scoop the dough
Store in freezer for up to 2 months
