Seasoned Specialty Food Market

Hundreds of Minnesota makers work hard selling their products online and at farmers markets. But now they have one more place to sell their goods — a new store on Grand Avenue welcomes them with open arms.

Kayla Yang-Best is a maker that wanted to make it easier for foodies to sell their products. She opened Seasoned a few months ago and gave a home to food makers all over the state. These are products you can find at Farmer’s Markets and online, but now makers can sell their products at the new store, set their own price and take home 100% of the proceeds. Twin Cities Live reporter Kelli Hanson takes us to Seasoned to show us how this new co-retailing concept works.
