Immune-boosting Tonic Recipe

– 1.5 cups water
– 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
– 1/2 tbs fresh ginger
– 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
– 1 tsp raw honey
– black pepper (to help the bioavailability of the turmeric)
