Tucked away on the University of Minnesota’s Saint Paul campus, the Andrew Boss Laboratory of Meat Science is busy conducting research. And they’re selling ground beef, steaks and more inside a showroom, which is open to the public.

The Showroom in the Boss Laboratory of Meat Science is open Wednesdays from 2 – 5 p.m. It’s located at 1364 Eckles Avenue on the Saint Paul campus of the University of Minnesota.
