It showcases exclusive spirits, liqueurs and cocktails from local distillery, Tattersall, accompanied by small bites and surprises on tap.

1.5 oz Tattersall Grapefruit Crema
1 oz Blanco tequila
.5 oz Tattersall Orange Crema
.5 oz agave or simple syrup
.5 oz lime juice
Shake all ingredients together and strain over fresh ice into a high ball or collins glass. Salted rim optional. Garnish with a lime wedge.
