In July 2018, Steve traveled with 130 Twin Cities Live viewers to Alaska on a cruise aboard the Celebrity Solstice. While in Skagway, Alaska, many hopped aboard the White Pass & Yukon Route Railway, a trip starting at sea level and winding through mountains, ending at 3,000 feet above sea level in Canada.
