The biggest shopping day of the summer, which could be better than Black Friday, is happening this year on July 15th and July 16th. Amazon Prime Day is the annual shopping holiday that’s exclusive to Amazon Prime subscribers. The e-commerce company says there will be more than one-million deals across 18 countries.
Once again this year, Prime Day is a great time to buy Amazon Hardware. For example the Fire 7 Tablet, which has double the storage of its predecessor, will be on sale for $30. That’s a $20 savings. Or you can get two for $50, which is a $50 savings.
If you’re not an Amazon Prime member, but do want to access Prime Day deals, you can sign up for Amazon’s free 30-day trial. That offer is for new subscribers only.
Target is offering discounts on what they say are rarely-on-sale home, apparel and recreation items during “Deal Days”, July 15th and 16th. They’re also offering same-day delivery and pick-up options. If you’re a REDcard member, you get an additional 5% off your purchase.
Here’s what to expect:
Monday, July 15th
40% off select furniture and indoor rugs
Great deals on top kitchen brands, like Instant Pot, Kitchen Aid and more
Save on top floor care items from Shark, Dyson, Hoover and more
Buy two, get one free on books
Tuesday, July 16th
5% off Target eGiftCards™ (email and mobile delivery only)
30% off exclusive home brands, including indoor and outdoor furniture and rugs, bedding, bath and more
Up to 30% off select small appliances, cookware and floorcare
Great deals for the family, like 30% off swim and select sandals
Walmart is also rolling back their prices even more than usual. Their summer sale runs July 14th through July 17th. Unlike Amazon, Walmart shoppers don’t need a membership to access deals. And orders over $35 will receive free 2-day or next-day shipping.
