Dr. Lobanoff is one of Minnesota’s foremost ophthalmic surgeons. He completed a year-long LASIK fellowship at the University of Minnesota, a level of training few other LASIK surgeons can match. Dr. Lobanoff has years of experience with refractive surgery and has performed thousands of LASIK procedures. He also has expertise in refractive clear lens extractions.

Dr. Lobanoff is a board certified ophthalmologist and a graduate of Duke University. He completed a residency in ophthalmology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Lobanoff then completed a year-long Cornea/LASIK fellowship with the University of Minnesota. He also completed a research fellowship at the National Eye Institute in Bethesda, Maryland.

Dr. Lobanoff is active in many professional and community organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Minnesota Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.
